Onur Cobanli explains:
Bureaucracy limits creativity and innovation by restricting freedom, flexibility, and experimentation necessary for great design. Excessive rules and rigid systems hinder the creative process, whether in product development, architecture, or organizational culture. Design thrives in environments that encourage open, flexible exploration rather than rigid constraints. Design requires a degree of freedom, this applies not just for products but architecture. Creativity flourishes in flexible environments free of excessive bureaucracy.
