Onur Cobanliexplains:
A rough, useless starting point can become excellent design once you remove all the parts that serve no purpose. An early draft may contain many parts that add little value to the project so question what each part contributes, then remove or improve anything that does not help the design meet its goals. Every unnecessary piece you cut away brings you closer to something genuinely good. Your careful trimming turns waste into value.
